On May 17, 2023 the New River/Mount Rogers Workforce Development Board and the New River/Mount Rogers Workforce Development Area Consortium Board selected People Inc as the One-Stop Operator and WIOA Title 1 Adult, DLW and Youth Program Operator.
This webpage and the Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth programs described are 100% supported by a federal U. S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) award of $2,189,865 made to Pulaski County on behalf of New River Mount Rogers Workforce Development Area by the pass-through entity, the Virginia Community College System.
